Casting Audit and Defect Troubleshooting Plant Visit
	For troubleshooting and solving casthouse problems, it is recommended that R. J. Collins Incorporated do a 4 to 5 day casting audit. During the audit, we will holistically troubleshoot all aspects of the casting process as only an expert can. We will identify problems, provide defect cause and effect training, and recommend an immediate and long term action plan to management. Plant Site Hands-On Expert Operator & Mold Room Training Program
R. J. Collins offers a tailor made operator training and casting support program that is focused on billet defect prevention. It is based on 40 years of experience using the R. J. Collins approach to critical issue training for both the casting pit operators in each stage of their casting process and mold shop personnel. The training uses Microsoft power point class room presentations combined with interactive hands-on training in the casting pit and mold shop.

Accu-Guide™ Casting Optimization Program
	Accu-Guide™ Casting Optimization Program is proactive billet defect prevention and troubleshooting program that includes hardware, web-based software and technical services. It is based on forty years of casting experience that clones how R. J. Collins troubleshoots casting problems 24/7. To assist operators, the system coordinates information collected from the casting pit, mold shop and billet inspection using a user-friendly drag and drop data entry program.
The Accu-Guide™ Program monitors the billet defects, mold performance, consumable usage and SCADA data to automatically provide recommendations as to what operators and/or mold shop personnel should do to solve any defect or problem. Also included in this program is the Web-Based Operator Defect Prevention Training Program that ensures every operator gets the very best training and support 24/7. Finally, to ensure continuous improvement, R. J. Collins Incorporated will provide periodic analysis of all process data such as graphite ring testing, SCADA and casting pit data. From this analysis, recommendation and program upgrades will be coordinated with your technical staff for implementation and follow-up. Web-Based Operator Defect Prevention Training Program
	R. J. Collins offers expert training and support focused on billet defect prevention. It is based on 40 years of experience using the Accu-Guide™ system approach to critical issue training for the casting pit and mold shop personnel in each stage of the casting process. Being web-based, this program is available to all operators 24/7 and is written to support the Accu-Guide™ System but can be purchased separately.

Other Technical and Consulting Services

R. J. Collins can answer questions, provide consulting services, casthouse design recommendations, or any other technical service needed. Service can be either on an hourly or daily basis, or can be a yearly retainer which would include priority unlimited technical services and support.
